opening of closet doors reveals additional furniture (fold-down bed) or compartmentalizes the larger space (e.g. opening bathroom door)
priority on natural lighting and sun screening
central computer rack addresses house communications, entertainment, and systems monitoring (HVAC & security)
central table with seating well includes communications/data and power spine for easy modifications
